Shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will contain the tracking number for your order.

Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with ALL tags attached, no exceptions. Exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days and before 30 days, a store credit for the amount of the purchase, less shipping will be issued. After 30 days, there are no refunds or exchanges.

All sales are final on sale items, jewelry, accessories, shoes, handbags and sale merchandise.

J. Silver Online Boutique does not refund shipping and handling charges, exchanges included. If you are making an exchange, shipping charges will occur but will be nominal. Additionally, we cannot refund shipping charges for returned items.

All credits/refunds will be placed on the card used for the initial purchase.

Return Procedure:

Please follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Please pack and seal securely the merchandise in its original box, if possible. Include the original receipt and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you insure the return packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we don't ship ourselves.
